Client Manager

Emma joined Pro Aesthetics as Client Manager in September 2022. From her very first job, administration and client focus have always played a strong part in her career. Previous roles include positions at Nottingham’s Queens Medical Centre in the Diagnostic Imaging Department in a high paced and pressurised environment and then later at a market leading cost-reduction company in Hertfordshire. Her most recent position was at Spire Private Hospital where she worked on a busy surgical ward. In every role that Emma has held she strongly believes that attention to detail is a minimum requirement and she prides herself on her organisational and accuracy skills.

Emma has enjoyed travelling over the years and has been fortunate enough to visit many destinations, such as Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii, Canada and the Maldives (to name a few) making memories and experiences that have stayed with her for a lifetime.

Emma is very family orientated and outside of work is married with 3 children. On the odd occasion she gets any free time, she likes to spend it either being pampered or putting her feet up with a good book. Although Emma favours the warmth of her home as 1st choice she is also very fond of nice restaurants and maybe a glass of wine or 2!!

Helen started working at Boots Head Office as an office junior, straight from school.  She had many roles there throughout the years and was a systems trainer when made redundant in 2004.  Her husband was also made redundant within weeks, so they set up their own Business Consultancy, where she has since worked with various companies.  Due to her interest in Forensic Science, she went to college for 2 years to study it full time and then on to university where she obtained both a degree in Law with Criminology and a Masters in Criminal Justice and Human Rights.

She is Mum to one grown up daughter and 8 cats.  Her passion is Formula One – both watching on TV and going to races, cruising holidays and dancing (ballroom and Latin).  She is also a bit of a dare devil, having completed a tandem skydive from 13,500 feet and wing walked, despite a fear of heights!

I became fully qualified as beauty therapist in 2013 from then on I took my career into working within Spas which lead me to being trained in different skincare brands which I took a big interest in.

In 2017 me and my partner decided to take a step back and so we both decided to live a life in Australia for 2 years in actual fact this opportunity persisted me on moving up the ladder within my career which led to me working in high-end spa. Living in Australia was a dream but one thing I did notice was my skin changed loads and nothing seemed to of helped, I decided to go to see a doctor as I was feeling a little embarrassed I got diagnosed with a skin condition called rosacea.

After our 2 years were up in Australia we decided to go and explore parts of the world before heading home to the UK I have to say what an experience. Once we we were home In 2020 I decided I wanted a career path change with me having suffered with a skin condition it was time for me to help others this led me to become an aesthetician and I thoroughly enjoy working with different skin types and conditions.
