Is phototherapy safe?
It does not present any danger as it does not feature any dangerous wavelengths, such as UV, nor does it generate heat. This means that it cannot cause any negative effects on the skin, being safe for all skin types. Despite wearing the goggles and receiving light rays, it is entirely different to that of a sunbed and therefore does not promote any associated harm to the skin.
